2. Description of Service

CryptoAI Trader is an automated trading platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze market conditions and execute trades on your connected exchange accounts. The service requires you to provide API credentials for your exchange account.

3. Risk Disclosure

Critical: Asset Volatility Warning

  • Solvency Risk: 100% loss of principal is statistically probable in high-volatility events.
  • Zero Liability: All trading operations are user-authorized. CryptoAI Trader exerts zero custodial control.
  • No Guarantees: Backtest data points do not represent future vector probability.
  • AI Limitations: LLM inference (Claude 3.5) is probabilistic, not deterministic.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Keeping your API keys secure and confidential
  • Monitoring your trading activity and positions
  • Ensuring you have sufficient funds in your exchange account
  • Understanding and accepting the risks of automated trading

5. No Financial Advice

CryptoAI Trader does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Any trading decisions made by the automated system are based on technical analysis and should not be construed as personal recommendations. Consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

6. Absolute Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoAI Trader, its creators, employees, and affiliates shall have ZERO liability for any financial losses, damages, or unintended consequences resulting from the use of our service. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your trading activities. This is a "use at your own risk" tool.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any losses incurred during service interruptions.

8. Subscription, Billing & No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, guarantees, or returns.

Access to CryptoAI Trader requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Under no circumstances will we provide refunds for partial months, setup fees, or any other charges.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
